About Cassandra

Cassandra Stevens BA Honors Graduate, passion for Film and Television production. First film that captivated me was The Godfather which I naughtily watched at the age of 7.

Proactive approach to all of my work. Currently trying to break into the film and media industry. Passionate and enthusiastic with an unhealthy obsession with the work of Guillermo del Toro, Studio Ghibli and the Cohen brothers.

Having the faith and ability to follow your dreams and never be deterred is something I am constantly striving at!

After graduating from University I had the chance to live in London for three months where I was able to gain some work experience within the industry.

I am very honest and down beat. My ideas are bright and different and I feel I have lots of offer other than a list of qualifications and experience. I am real, I live in the real world. I have an older head on my shoulders which allows me to priorities tasks in a timely and precise manner.

My passion shows in all of my written critic on film and my ability to see the good points out of the bad.

I am just generally easy going to get on and work with and bounce well off others and am able to work alone also.

I want a career, something I can really get stuck into, make my mark and earn some decent money.

Why Film?

Film has been my life for a very long time. For me film is a type of escapism that can only be achieved through this medium. I enjoy the fact that each film is different, they can have the same effects or different effects depending on the view or each persons mood and position in life. You can express things in film that I don't think you can full do in life, you have this blank canvas to create whats in your mind, I just find the whole experience beautiful.
