The property is wooded, but has many attributes. 1700 ft. of water frontage on a privately owned pond. A small beach area...a point that jets out into the pond. Very quiet. There are a couple of stone fireplaces...rock walls everywhere...beautiful bog area with bright Emerald green moss...a HUGE tree we like to call the "BFT"...there are some roads within for easy access...power on the property...a 1 room cabin...lots of wildlife....and just a Beautiful piece of property!! If you know of anyone in need of renting property, just let me know! Thanks everyone!
Thank you Frank!!

We should be all set with that! Set up for a home! Thanks for the info though, I will ask the appropriate person just to be sure.
