Hey people, glad you made it.
Let me share with you a few fun facts about myself.
I´ve spent my whole life between Madrid and Northern California, with a 3 year stop in Barcelona. I’m now in Los Angeles living the dream and every day is like an adventure for this cocktail of Spanish-American passion.
I am really thankful for my learning process doing classical theatre, back in Spain at The Municipal School For the Dramatic Arts. Performing such plays as Shakepeare´s "Romeo and Juliet" and "La Vida es Sueño" by Calderón de la Barca, gave me the opportunity to polish my acting chops. And kiss a lot of Juliets : )
Really looking forward to getting back into Improv, which has always given me a great understanding of being in the moment and going wild onstage. It also gave me the opportunity to spend my August vacation performing the main role in the show “Mr Bailey” in one of Madrid´s most prestigious theaters: The Teatro Arenal.
In the end, that August ended up turning into a successful 6 month run… not that I had anything to do with it.
One of my many adventures before arriving to the States was a fun publicity tour that took me to many regions of Spain. The purpose of the tour was to get to show the world our traditions and parties. Events such as “La Tomatina de Buñol” or the “San Fermines” in Pamplona taught me a very valuable lesson:
The unreasonable option is sometimes the best option, not just in life but specially in acting.
When it comes right down to it, there is not much difference between running in front of a bunch of angry bulls and jumping into a stage in front of a watchful crowd.
