About Marleen

Marleen Maathuis is an up and coming Dutch actress with aspirations to go abroad. She has had a bond with the English language from a very young age.

Schooled for 3 years in the heart of Amsterdam at one of the best private theater schools there are in The Netherlands, Marleen choose to pursue a career in the film industry.

She has played numerous roles in short and lowbudget film projects, and for most part lead roles.

In the year of 2012 she has found herself an international based casting agent, Jack & Jill Castings who will help her set her international career on track.

Marleen is now looking to play roles in English spoken film productions, roles that touch the heart. This way she hopes to enlarge her chances of successfully building an international acting career.
