About Cori

Cori Elwood got her bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University in Conservation Biology/Vertebrate Ecology and focused on Herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians). Her passion for wildlife conservation is followed closely by her love of filmmaking.

She is now currently enrolled in the New York Film Academy’s Master of Arts in Filmmaking degree, focusing on Documentary in Los Angeles, California. Cori aspires to create wildlife documentaries that are informational and entertaining using the narrative storytelling techniques of Hollywood films that show the truth rather than a fictional story.
