About Nick

Writer/Actor/Filmmaker, Nick Loritsch, graduated from the University of Colorado with a BFA in Film Production. His film, VOGUE MODELS & BEER BOTTLES - that he wrote, directed and starred-in - premiered at the LA Shorts Fest in 2001. He moved to LA and worked in TV and Film Production before becoming the Assistant to DreamWorks Animation's CEO, Jeffrey Katzenberg. Nick's original screenplay, BORN & RAISED, was one of only five scripts accepted into the Miami Filmmaker Screenwriter Lab. Nick co-founded Jerry-Rigged Films with college friend, Joshua Dragge, in 2008. Nick wrote, produced and starred-in the feature version of BORN & RAISED in 2012. BORN & RAISED picked-up 7 Awards - one being a Best Actor award for Nick - secured distribution with R Squared Films and is available for purchase and rental today. Nick is busy writing Jerry-Rigged Films' next feature, BLOODSHOT MOON, while continuing to act with any Directors that will have him.
