About Freddie

I currently work for a company as a manager of support workers for vulnerable adults with mental health issues and learning disabilities. I work on a bank basis so that I can also continue with my acting career. I am using my skills as an actor and drama teacher to introduce drama to the company by writing, directing, casting and producing a Christmas play, which will involve support workers, management and service users. I have also initiated a scheme where I provide 1-2-1 role play sessions with service users in order to enable them to improve life skills such as dating, job interviews and conflict resolutions.
