PinPuppets is a theater and production company. We offer shows and workshops in both English and Spanish, for children and adults. We strive towards making art relevant to society again by seeking to close the growing gap between art and entertainment. This tragic divorce has made art unenjoyable and entertainment hollow, but it's not too late to pin them back together.

Theater is not dead; it is the definition of alive. In these days when you can't even get a real person on the phone to place a complaint with the electric company, what a luxury to have living breathing humans in front of you, fervently believing in a lie in the hopes that you will believe too. And the audience comes willing to believe, because theater is a human necessity. Theater reminds us that we are all alive, that we are all here together, like it or not, and we might as well enjoy ourselves. At Pinpuppets, we believe that theater is a delicious treat, a taste of life. Which, if you use the proper ingredients, tastes bitter sweet, like the kind of chocolate that's actually good for you.

Puppets are the best actors, because they are the characters, and they are not restricted by being human. For them the laws of physics don't apply, the laws of nature don't apply. Puppets are the Wild West of theater. At Pinpuppets we believe in taking full advantage of this lawlessness. A puppet can pull off its third head or fly to the moon on a can of soda, as long as it's important to the story, of course. Because, as everyone knows, cowboys are the best storytellers.
