About Linda

As a writer, Linda started her journey in 2004 as a playwright. Her primary audience was the church for dramatic performances in both Detroit, Michigan for ‘Life’ and Copiague, New York for ‘Birthing Room’ and ‘News Bulletin.’ Due to stage limitation and her desire to reach more people, she redirected her focus to the world of cinema.

Upon redirecting her focus to the big screen, Linda sought and subscribed to the following screenwriting classes: Gotham Writers Workshop in 2005 and 2006, John Trudy’s Workshop Tools for Creating Characters in 2007, Screenwriters University class in 2006 on How to Sell Your Screenplay, various classes 2014-2017 with Stage 32 to include screenwriting, pitching and a thriller class in 2016 with ScreenwritingU.

To date, her repertoire contain genres across a wide range to include an action flick ‘Arise,’ family dramas ‘Silence’ and ‘Absolution’, a couple of suspense ‘The Tower’ and ‘Party’ and lastly a thriller, ‘Blinded.' She’s currently working on another thriller entitled ‘Come' and 'Tumble' an animated drama.

Her education consist of an Associate in Arts from Spokane Falls Community College in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University in 1989.

For three consecutive years (2013-2015), Linda was a finalist for the Peachtree Village International Film Festival.
