SYNOPSIS:

Trial Lawyers Deborah Hynes-Shapiro and Jack Menally have just been handed the most controversial trial of the 21st Century. Champion rodeo trick roper Mike Randall has used his skills to save a heroic dog instead of a serial killer as both were rushing toward death at Niagara Falls. The criminal family of the serial killer convinces a Niagara County D.A. to prosecute Mike. Now in jail and on Trial facing charges of Criminal Negligent Homicide, Mike is in a desperate struggle for his freedom. Complicating things, Mike and new friend Lydia Spencer are falling in love. Even if Deborah and Jack can help him survive the internationally controversial legal arena, can they survive the vengeful family of the serial killer? Mike is found “Not Guilty” after the most hotly debated case in legal history (it makes the “Scopes monkey Trial” look like a minor traffic ticket.) The horrible Clegg family - including Harley Wade Clegg, who did not die at the Falls - infiltrates the Niagara Hotel the lawyers, Mike and the brave dog are staying at. Now only the courageous dog can save Deborah, Mike and Jack. The brave canine barely gets there in time to kill Harley Wade Clegg. There is a happy re-union at Niagara Falls. In prison, the appropriate but gruesome demise of Prosecution Expert Witness, Dr. Frederick Stillson, arrested for perjury during the trial, ends our story.
