SYNOPSIS:

Roxanne Dixon was a successful businesswoman, a working machine; unstoppable on her way to the top. Roxanne recently lost her dream job and seeks a fresh start. The pilot episode focuses on Roxanne Dixon’s first day of work at her alma mater. The constant in the pilot episode is the element of distraction in the workplace. Distraction caused by: the lack of ability; the lack of interest; the great intensity, or the attractiveness of something. We all get distracted at some point in our daily lives; there’s something that grabs our attention. “The Back Room” staff doesn’t try to fight it. Instead, they embrace these distractions and use them to their advantage by incorporating them into the way they work together.
