A recently divorced advertising executive has an impetuous one-night stand who turns out to be her prospective client. Complicating things, she now has to convince him to sign with her agency, or they'll be forced to shut the doors forever.

SYNOPSIS:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL is a light-hearted romantic comedy about NICOLE COLLINS, an advertising executive in Detroit, who, after years of drama, just had her divorce finalized. Nicole’s two good friends ALEX and DANI take her out to celebrate. But when Nicole meets MATT the celebration goes too far and she ends up in his hotel room overnight. When she wakes she can hardly remember anything, but it all comes flooding back to her when she steps into her new business pitch with Davis Electronics on Monday morning, because staring across the conference room table is Matt Davis--the new CEO of the company. Complicating things, Nicole learns that her company needs this new client to stay afloat, so she decides to show Matt around town to learn more insight and they start falling for each other. But when a person from Matt’s past makes a surprise appearance, the pitch and their relationship hang in the balance.
