SYNOPSIS:

Grady’s War is a science fiction series that retells the story of a war fought between the U.S. Army and Native Americans in 1866 called Red Cloud’s War. It was the only war that the Native American’s ever won against the United States. This series brings the action and drama of one of the most important moments of our past back into the light. There is love, hatred, loyalty, betrayal, pain and death. The scariest alien in the universe is one that acts just like a human. The theme of Grady’s War is that history repeats and what we have done to others can also be done to us. European colonists poured onto the American shores pushing Native Americans further and further back. And we think the same can’t happen to us? In Grady’s War the alien Currlings have colonized the planet and slowly pushed the humans into the background. John Grady lives in the North American Preserve where he raises cattle and lives a simple life. The Currlings decide to cut a hole in his land without his permission and he goes to war. The Currlings, divided by infighting and dirty politics, find themselves fighting with each other as much as the human guerrillas. The war escalates from raids and sabotage to what will be the greatest massacre in Currling vs Human history, till the next season anyway.
