Linda at the young tender age of 15 years old, was selected by Eleonor Fulcher Modelling Agency. The Agency influenced Linda's future, she was groomed early to perform in front of the camera, on the runway and on news print and speaking events. Soon she was juggling a Modelling and Real Estate career. At 19 years old, Linda purchased her 1st Condominium and became an Investor. Today Linda has 9 properties and a net worth of $17 Million Dollars. The Real Estate and Investment world opened a unique set of doors as Linda realized she must "Buy Real Estate" and not just "Sell Real Estate" to become wealthy and to ensure her clients have an accomplished Realtor who believes in the "practice what you preach" philosophy. Linda's father and mother arrived from Germany in the 50's with no family in Canada. Linda was born in Toronto and at 2 years old her Dad left the family. Her Mom was unable to work after a car accident injury so she applied for Government benefits and a Jane Finch Government Housing building became home.

Linda's will say "I planned my success when I was 12 years old" because she was determined to succeed. Juggling real estate and modelling became a challenge when her 2nd son was on the way. Her Modelling Career was put on the back burner until 2000 when Eleonor Fulcher called Linda to represent the Agency in the International Modelling Talent Association IMTA competition taking place in Hollywood, USA. On Eleonor's support and encouragement Linda agreed and became a successful competitor winning 3 of the 6 competitions amongst world-wide competitors. It was exciting times, her 3 sons were highly ranked hockey players with a professional career future. Linda's investment properties were doing well and she was a highly recognized Award Winning Realtor.

In 2016 Linda purchased an 8,000 sq ft residential/commercial building. She launched the Linda Pinizzotto Real Estate Group to operate her Group in the building as a licensed Branch of RE/MAX realty Enterprises Inc in Port Credit. Linda holds many hats; an Entrepreneur, Radio Show Host and Owner of Real Estate Magic Radio Show with Linda Pinizzotto. She can be seen on various news articles and the CBC documentary the Condo Game as a result of the non-profit she created March 2010, the Condo Owners Association COA in Ontario to advocate Provincial Government to change the Provincial Legislation, the Condominium Act to better protect 1.4 Million Condo Owners and Condo Corporations across Ontario. Diversifying her real estate expertise with a SPORTS COMPANY - in 1996, Linda made headlines as the Founder and Owner of P3 Sports Entertainment. It is a sports company which submitted a bid to develop a $70 Million dollar Sports Facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Key players involved were involved with project which can be seen on P3Sports.ca
