The NOH8 campaign came to Melbourne, Australia for the first time and I was lucky to get invited as the Presenter for the recording.

Expand postThanks for the invitation to this amazing site! So many creative people under one roof, I'm surprised it doesn't explode! I'm a radio jock in community radio in Australia working towards a career in commercial radio and/or TV. I'm a brekkie producer and presenter at JOY 94.9 which is Australia's only GLBTIQ radio station and one of 3 in the world. I always wanted to get into radio and, after coming back from the USA, I did a radio course at JOY, started doing voiceovers to fill in daytime shifts and then given a breakfast show. Even though I'm a volunteer on air, I love it, couldn't imagine doing anything else and starting a course in June at a radio school to help bridge the gap between community & commercial. I also love coffee, twitter and I tried to go to rehab for it but they wouldn't let me keep my phone or coffee mug. Can't wait to meet everyone here and chat about the best industries in the world!
We sure did! We brought them to tour Australia for Mardi Gras and shoot in Sydney & Melbourne. So much fun!
Thanks Floyd :)

As an actor, screenwriter, and filmmaker, I know first-hand the challenges all creatives face finding work and attracting attention to their projects. That's why we created Stage 32. Since our launch in September of 2011, the community has grown to 250,000+ members strong representing every country on the planet making Stage 32 the social network uniquely populated with the most creative people on Earth. This is a network for you, built by you. Like most things in life, the more you participate, the greater the rewards. We ask all new members pay it forward and invite at least 5 fellow creatives and to spread the word of Stage 32 through other social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You can also invite fellow creatives through the site by using the "Send Stage 32 Invites..." button on the upper right side of your profile. The more creatives, the stronger the network. The stronger the network, the more opportunities. Thanks for joining the movement and for being a part of this most talented and inspiring community. PS - Please take a moment to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter at @Stage32online.
