Tandra Campbell has learned the importance of living on purpose and pursuing what you are absolutely passionate about in respect to your career goals. Tandra believes that having the intense and compelling desire to engage in that self- defining activity also known as Passion motivates us to lead a more fulfilled and harmonious life. After learning this life changing lesson, Tandra has embarked on her own personal journey and discovered her purpose which has always been entwined with her passion. The passion to teach and motivate others to just do it, go for it, live for your passion! With over two decades of Corporate Training experience, Public Speaking, Sales & Marketing and more importantly, real life; in the trenches business experience, her view is that passion, persistence, purpose and preparation are the power words that describe those that WIN, the Eagles!
Tandra, a Maryland native, sometimes referred to as the “Motivator” for her ability to stir up a crowd and for her life coaching skills that bring out the best in people. She is also known for her creative and innovative approach to ideas and determination to provide the best possible solutions that create win-win situations both professionally and personally. Tandra is constantly striving to provide a Spirit of Excellence in every endeavor that she’s involved. A dynamic speaker, Tandra has a savvy and engaging teaching style. A fusion of real life stories and her conversational teaching techniques connect with her audience on an intimate, intense and individual level.
Tandra holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales & Marketing, Licensed Realtor and Certified Life Coach. In the past, she has acquired numerous skills and made many contributions in her career as Lead Instructor of Sales & Support for a wireless technology company; Sales & Marketing manager for a custom homebuilder; Director of Special Events for non-profit organization; Model /Acting Instructor for a nationally known company and several other assignments leading to her dream venture, Tandra Campbell Mgmt. @ Studio East, the small place for big dreams.
