Once in the basement, the sick, perverted father, forces the teen to have sex with a dead girl that will be buried later that morning. After the teen does what he's father order's him to do, like he's been doing in previous occasions, the father goes up to take a shower and moments later the angry wife armed with a large kitchen knife, enters the bathroom and stabs her husband once. Seconds later the teen walks into the bathroom picks up the knife and stabs his father multiple times, in a rage of anger and revenge. The teen never utters a word again.

Barbara gets fifteen years and her sister and husband move in to care for the demented teen and his aunt's husband, who's partner in the family business, continues to run the funeral home. But, the teen now hears his dead father's voice calling him from the cellar to go have sex with the female corpses, that are in refrigeration. The teen not only complies, but has now turned into a full blown necrophiliac. The teen's aunt in an act of love for her nephew, tells her husband, who now wants the sick teen out of the house, that she put him in a mental institution, when in reality, she has him hidden in a small room in the cellar and at night she led's him out to have sex with the corpses.

But as years pass and the teen not only grows and becomes very strong from lifting weights in his little room, one night his beloved aunt comes home from the doctor, who told her she has cancer and she catches her husband in their with the business receptionist. An argument ensues between the couple and the teen soon breaks out of his room and breaking his aunt's husband's neck. The aunt tells her nephew to cremate the body. She then tells her sister about the cancer, that she doesn't have much time left, plus her husband left her and Barbara does get an early release for good behavior and because her demented son needs her.

Barbara, converts the funeral home into a Bed & breakfast, however when couples who are married, just not to each other, check in, they are drugged, carried down to the cellar by her big, strong son, where she tortures the males, then kills them, cremates them along with their cheating mistresses, but not before big Joey Jr, satisfies his sexual needs with the female corpses.

But when a young male, his beautiful teenage sister and his girlfriend check in at the now Rest In Peace B&B, that same night the innocent teen hears as Barbara is in the process of drugging a male victim in one of the rooms, things take a tragic turn. Barbara, must act quickly by killing the girl's brother, the girl and his girlfriend. But, when crazy Barbara instructs her son to kill the young teenage girl, her son becomes her worst enemy for he has fallen in love for the first time, with the pretty teenager. Barbara kills the young couple, but the teenage girl manages to drive off with her son's help.

Will she make it far enough to reach a cop or a public phone in this suburban, small town in 1982, on this stormy, rainy night, before Barbara catches up to her and drags her back? It's from this point on that the suspense and the horror is non stop. The unexpected happens when Joey find's love and the girl will also find love in one the most tragic, horrific experience of her life.

The question now is: Is Joey cured from his sexual desired for corpses once he marries the girl he fell in love with, a love that nearly cost him his life to defend against the evil, rage of his own scarred mother? Will he's father continue to haunt him from the dead and ask him to continue having sex with corpses once he inherits the family business and becomes a funeral director himself...?
