About Karen
Emerson College, MA in Film and Video Production; wrote for Sunburst Productions, NY; worked at WGBH, MA and for Learning Corp., NYC; received City of Boston Recognition Awards: one for the documentary, City Roots, An Alternative to Dropping which I produced, directed and edited; one for my work at The New England Home for Little Wanderers, have written several feature scripts and am currently looking to produce my latest script, Sanctuary.
Unique traits: I love animals and family histories. Have lived in Latin America and speak Spanish and have an adopted child from Guatemala. Am spiritually inclined and want to create works that are positive.
