Matthew MacLean

Matt MacLean is a filmmaker from Orange County. Matt's passion for filmmaking started at a young age shooting skits and short movies with a VHS camcorder.

He studied film production at Saddleback College, and today works as a camera assistant, operator, and cinematographer. His work has screened at several festivals, and he is RED camera certified.

In 2013 Matt directed and produced his first short film, Obsessed, which had its debut screening at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood in 2014.

Matt works in the Southern California area including Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. Works include short and feature length narratives, documentary, commercial, corporate, music video, reality, and internet web series.
