Joanne Cook

I work as a freelance designer for Film, TV, Commercials,Theatre and Music Videos as well as various other creative arts projects.
As a versatile designer and maker, I have worked professionally in all aspects of an Art Department, Costume Department and the Make-Up Department, on various levels and budgets.
I work mainly in the Art department, predominantly as Production Designer or Art Director, but also as Set Designer, Model-Maker and Prop Buyer/ Maker/Standby, as well as an Art Dept Assistant.
In Costume, I work as a Designer, Supervisor and assistant.
In Make-Up I work SFX.

Because of this versatility I have a good all-round working knowledge of many different materials and practices and gained a variety of invaluable experience and transferrable skillsand have managed to become resourceful and good at problem solving.
I do try to be as thorough as possible and work hard to achieve reliable results, and therefore I believe I'd be a good member of any team.
