SYNOPSIS:

The future. A place where recreational drug use has reached a pinnacle - the experience of death, inserted directly into the nervous system of the user. The result is instant euphoria. So naturally, the practice is made illegal. The procedure, known as an Actual Death Experience, or A.D.E, goes underground. Or if money is no object, to the top of a multi-billion dollar medical company's skyscraper. Here, one A.D.E specialist, Elena Faulke, is drawn into a web intrigue when she finds herself in possession of an A.D.E chip, a death experience that cannot exist, should not exist - the experience of dying in a nuclear explosion. Elena must find out how the chip came into existence, and race against other interested parties, who will kill for the content, to try and stop the innocent slaughter of millions of people, while facing down some tragic demons from her own past.
