Based on the short story Red Walls by Keith Estiler, this film follows the main character, Clyde, who was recently fired from his job as a copywriter for the Daily News. Clyde wrote obituaries, and as the years progressed, he became fed up from having a profession to constantly "glamorize the dead". The short film progresses into the personal lives of Clyde and his girlfriend Goldie, a relationship far from perfect. He becomes a ghostwriter for suicide notes, and remains anonymous to his clients. His clients pay him remarkably due to their mutually decided fates.

Technological advances amplify the rate of communication. It brings us close, but it can tear us apart. Eli is a humble young man who lets suspicions get the best of him. He is in love with Andy, a coke snorting masculine homosexual man, who remains unhinged in his spontaneous high for life and lust.

A successful 30 year old man must overcome his 52 year old mothers premature death (lung cancer) while trying to get his beloved girlfriend to stop smoking all at once due to him not wanting to lose both women in his life to the same disease that continues to plague chronic smokers.
