SYNOPSIS:

“AMOC” is written along the lines of films such as “The Wizard of Oz” and “The Running Man.” Starts off in a barren desert, all of the sudden a lump comes up from the sand. As the wind sifts away the sand it reveals the lump is an unconscious man. The man wakes up and realizes that he has no memory. He doesn't know who he is, how he got there; nothing at all. People appear and all say "Welcome to Amoc." At one point and time they too have appeared in Amoc with no memory and are named from where they were found. Caveman was found in a cave, Shrubber by shrubs, Oldcean who is the oldest and wisest was found by the ocean, Tundra was found at a Tundra, and now our hero is found in the scorching desert is properly named Scorch. Another significant element about the land of Amoc is that the world, its environment keeps changing. One moment they are in a desert then magically the land morphs and they are suddenly in a Caribbean island atmosphere, in the center of an ice storm, in a thick forest, or in the middle of a volcano. The only thing the group has going for them is the Styte; a magical stone that is used as a compass to get them to the Center of Amoc; where all their questions will be answered of what Amoc is and who they are. They are not alone in Amoc, there are a ruthless gang of bandits who are constantly hunting them down in every world that they are in to steal the Styte for themselves. The main theme is good versus evil but there's nonstop action, love (relationship formed by Scorch and Tundra), with undertones of humorous situations now and then. It's a fast paced magical journey of survival that will keep you guessing will they ever make it to the Center of Amoc. The answer in the end is yes, revealing what Amoc truly is. Amoc spelled backwards is: Coma. Right now everyone in this mystical universe is actually in a hospital right now in a deep coma. Sometimes someone will remember who they are and simply disappear, that's because they've woken from their coma. Or sometimes a person will just fall down and die because their body in the hospital had either given out on them or the family had taken their loved one off of life support due to giving up hope or lack of insurance to keep them on. There's an additional twist when Scorch comes to in the hospital and his wife is next to his bed his memory comes back to him and remembers it was her that tried to kill him and put him in the coma in the first place. Before he can even react to his memory she takes a pillow and tries to smother him to death.
