Two lonely souls find themselves in a half-empty, luxury hotel. He is a musician, she is an actress and 20 years older than him. Uncomfortable in real life, they both withdrawn into their small world of music and love.

SYNOPSIS:

DANNY, a 25 year old musician, plays with his jazz band in a hotel bar earning money to study at the best Music Academy. He spends most of his time alone composing his jazz suit, which he dedicates to his secret beloved, the famous actress HAYLEY JOHNS, with whom he fell in love with 10 years ago, after watching a film in which she starred. But the composing process doesn’t go very well. Danny cannot reach perfection and re-writes his music again and again.

One day, Hayley Johns appears in the hotel, she spends her time in the bar drinking red wine alone. Now she’s 45, almost twice his age. She’s disappointed with life and, feeling a lack of comprehension from others she even tries to slash her wrists.

Two lonely souls suddenly meet each other in the luxury hotel. Danny, in a fit of inspiration, finally finishes his suit. Hayley, tired of pretending to be someone else even after the shooting, finally lets herself just be a simple woman with her pain in front of Danny. They quickly jump into a love affair, but it turns out that staying together is not going to be easy at all.
