About Martin

A hardworking, versatile actor with a wide range of acting credits to my name. Recent credits include; A corporate training Film for UNISON (with Leap Films), Felix in 'Enemies' (Leatherhead Theatre),King Crumpet in 'Sleeping Beauty' with Dame For A Laugh Ltd, Father in Wallace Shawn's 'Aunt Dan & Lemon' at the Yvonne Arnaud Mill Studio and Chandler Tate in a sold out run of Alan Ayckbourn's 'Comic Potential. In November I will be playing Vic Parks in another Alan Aykbourn play; 'Man of The Moment'. A versatile actor with a great resonating voice on stage, and as charismatic on stage as on screen, I have a wide variety of credits ranging from musical theatre to modern gritty drama, Panto to Comedy, Restoration and Shakespeare to the Greeks.

Due to a serious accident, I was forced out of the business for over a year and a half, which is when I started writing. My first piece of writing was a finalist in the Red Planet Prize in December 2010. Since then I have continued writing and my first project is a six part crime drama series, which I have cut down from it's original 8 part format)

I am currently working on the second draft of a film screenplay 'Return to Ravensbruck'.

Unique traits: Talented, Versatile actor who has now caught the writing bug
