Marsha is the one of the winners of the inaugural Magee TV Diverse Screenwriters Award , sponsored by Al Magee (Trailer Park Boys, Slings and Arrows) and the Toronto Screenwriter Conference.

She also wrote on the one hour puppet comedy special Some TV!, which won both Comedy of the Year and People's Choice Runner Up at the B Free Awards on the Emmy Award winning Brooklyn Free Speech network.
