Dan Gabriello., Professional Principal Italian Dramatic Baritone, Screenwriter, Film Producer, Artistic Director & Vice-President of Dietsch International Associates, B.A. in Theaterscience from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Studied to become a professional opera singer in Rome, Italy under the baton of the legendary Italian baritone Maestro Paolo Silveri and at the vocal perfection study at Teatro alla Scala in Milan. Made his recital debut co-starring as equal principal artist with the Italian world star tenor Alberto Cupido. Became finalist and price winner in many of the most important international vocal competitions. Master Classes with Russian world star soprano Galina Vichnevskaia, the greatest of all great Italian tenors Franco Corelli and the American world star baritone Sherrill Milnes. Made his stage debut in Italy in 1996 as the Jailer in Tosca - for the next 4 years Mr. Gabriello reached to perform in nearly 500 repetition performances in all the main Italian repertoire in supporting characters getting a chance to become practical experience, building his repertoire. Slowly he advanced to become cover for many of Italy's leading dramatic baritones and it was as such that he on the 4th of April took over the great and very difficult principal role of Baron Scarpia in Tosca with only 3 hours notice and without any rehearsals prior to the performance. Lukily it went very well - and Mr. Gabriello received very positiv reviews in the Italian papers and became from that moment a principal star baritone, which he has been ever since. In 2015 he will perform the principal roles of Tonio in I Pagliacci, Alfio in La Cavalleria Rusticana, and Scarpia in Tosca with the American National Opera Company. In addition he will do Scarpia in Tosca & Carlo Gérard with T.O.P. Opera Tour Production & the European Opera Tour Company - and in November 2015 visit China with 6 recital performances accompanied by the great and very famous Swedish pianist Carl Petersson.
As a screenwriter & film producer he has adapted the Italian opera composer Umberto Giordano & the Italian libretist Luigi Illica's world famous historical Verismo opera Andrea Chénier into an epic 3D adventour action film opera. This project is now moving into pre-production and is produced by Azazello Production by film producer Niels Ulrik Basse in Copenhagen in collaboration with Dietsch International Associates and several other European & international co-producers. Later follows adapted film productions of Verdi's opera Don Carlos and Verdi's opera Aida - also set up in an epic 3D adventourous motion picture film opera concept,
As a producer and artistic director he has since 2000 produced many opera gala concerts with international world stars with great succes - and is a capacity of genious proportions and experience.
As a Vice-President at Dietsch International Associates he is next in command to CEO James Dietsch - and heads the European division of Dietsch Artists International - and it's collaboration partner T.O.P. Opera, Musical & Ballet Production based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
