About John

After dropping out of High School, I went to work full time in construction. Later I completed the GED, and went back to school for welding and auto mechanic. Then in 1985, I joind the Air Force Reserves as an aircraft Mechanic. In 1991, I joined the Active Army as an aircraft dispatcher. I was assigned to Edwards AFB, working flight test. From the Army, I was recruited by LAPD. I went into the CAlifornia Army Guard as NCOIC of Flight Operations. Then onto Aviation Brigade as NCOIC of Airspace Command and Control (A2C2). Then in 2001, I transfered to the California Air National Guard as a C-130E flight engineer. After 1 year of flight school, I did a tour in Iraq and Afganiatan. Then I was released back to work at LAPD. It was during this time that I started Aviation, Military and Police Movie Props. We carry wardrobe, props, and vehicles from aviation, military and police..

I retired from the California Air Guard in 2011 after 28 years of military service. I served 12 years of Active duty split between the Army and Air Force. I currently have 19 years as an active Police Officer in field operations. I recently transfered to Community Relations, where I organize public meetings, work with our Cadets, and our Jeporady program.

Unique traits: 30 years of collecting all things aviation (aircraft, flight gear, manuals, ect. . .) 28 years of military experiances (5 years, active Army), (4 years, active Air Force), (6 years, Army Guard), (13 years, Air Guard) 19 yeas of field Police work. (Incl 6 years of traffic investigations).
