SYNOPSIS:

In 2109, Los Angeles, a metropolitan city that is now a one hundred and fifty mile grouping of dozens of geographical islands, with terraformed shorelines known as a “CIRCLE”, They are lined with atmospheric generators the size of airline jets. WESTSIDE INTERNMENT CENTER, is a part of the new world education system, in which youths are not only trained but bred to be useful able-bodied workers in multiple sector of the governing body. However, it is one of a handful of camps that slipped through the cracks of Securi-Corps’ otherwise impenetrable surveillance, The interns are the worst of the worst in the Los Angeles island system. The youths are filled with rage and anxiety, probably influenced by their overworked parents. Their residence is permanent until completion, usually around their 22nd birthday. The new Head Counselor, Mr. Truman and Head Security Commander Mr. Kruegar’s goes about usurping the Securi-Corps authority in their own ways. Truman means to secure himself and the Internment camp considering the personnel shortage. Kruegar's impulsive behavior and questionable actions prompted a prior misconduct investigation concerning the death of an intern two years ago. Nothing was done about it. On this stormy night, the new transfer intern and Securi-Corps undercover unit, NELSON, comes upon Mr. Kruegar attempting to rape a fellow intern. He and the already revolution-minded residents attack Mr. Kruegar and contain, then further devise plans to take over the camp or escape it altogether. Nelson who had been survey the temperature of the youths the entire evening, must decide to help them gain a sense of humanity on the outside of the oppressive environment, or turn them into Securi-Corps Police for full containment.
