Composer Brandon Moore grew up listening to film scores and performing classical music in his native Arlington, Texas. In 1999 he moved to Los Angeles to study scoring professionally at the University of Southern California's Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program. Brandon has composed a wide range of scores for a variety of film projects such as the International Horror/Sci-Fi Festival winner, RAY BRADBURY'S CHRYSALIS (2009), now available on DVD through E1 Entertainment. He's contributed a number of unique scores like the ominous and apocalyptic A PIECE OF WOOD which won praise from visual effects pioneer Douglas Trumball (2001: A Space Odyssey, Close Encounters of the Third Kind) at the Seattle International Science Fiction Short Film Festival in 2004. His elegiac trumpet and strings score for the war documentary RETURN TO VIETNAM helped win the film a Silver Telly award in 2007. Brandon recently composed the score for the horror/comedy series KILLER SISTERS' MIDNIGHT HOUR for HULU.com. Coming soon is the documentary TOY MASTERS about the rise and fall of the Masters of the Universe franchise.
