Tony Green is a composer of original music for film, TV and commercial projects and has crafted music for independent features, documentaries, marketing/advertising agencies and financial services companies.
He has been composing and playing music for over 20 years. A Scotsman, he now composes and records in Chicago-based GreenHouse Sound Studios.
His recent work includes scores for the award-winning independent feature ‘Wild Blue’, the soon to be released feature ‘Life and Death of An Unhappily Married Man’, theme music for web series ‘Greetings! From Prison,’ and music for shows at The Second City theater in Chicago.
He studied at Northwestern University and the Berklee School of Music and is a recipient of the Chicago Community Assistance Arts Program grant.
In addition to composing, his side projects include performing/improvising solo jazz guitar and playing in the Western swing band The Howdy Neighbors.
