SYNOPSIS:

"Women of War" is the story of four young women who meet while serving in their respective branch of service. They meet in Afghanistan and quickly form a unbreakable bond. Simone is trying to find her way while serving under her mother's stern and watchful eye. She quickly bonds with Gabby who is a hot head and leader. Simone and Gabby become friends with Amy who is the security for their detail. Simone is attacked by a male service member and does not want to pursue any action. Her mother thinks that she is lying, and Gabby and Amy are dismayed and won't let it go. One of the women die in combat and the others return home and deal with readjusting to a normal life. "Women of War" is the story of love, anger, forgiveness and healing. It gives the women of the military a voice and shows the strength and determination they have while fighting foreign enemies as well as their own "brothers."
