About Aimee
Aimee Conner grew up in remote Central Oregon, home-schooled along with her three siblings. Her existence was isolated, the nearest town miles away. Struggling to escape the realities of abuse in a cultish environment, she discovered her passion for reading and writing. She attended college at 16 and left home a year later, traveling the United States and abroad in search of adventure.
Ms. Conner draws upon her own experiences to write from as well as stories she's heard along the way. She uses organic themes and relatable, flawed characters. Through her writing, she aims to provide a platform for victims of abuse and increase awareness concerning domestic violence and child abuse. Her debut thriller 'Scrapbook' follows the life of Hannah Dormer, a young woman living in quiet desperation until a family of serial killers opens her eyes to her Shadow Self.
