SYNOPSIS:

Brooklyn bartender Joe Zima never catches a break. But this winter, after twenty years of loyal service, he’s purchasing The Republic Pub. But his boss’ untimely death turns control of the bar to his son, a former junkie now born-again. Soon, the son’s former street buddies come around with old temptations. As the bar begins to cater to a different crowd, instead of the locals and regulars, Joe’s dreams of owning The Republic Pub begin to fade.
