Alycia Xandrea Shane Smith

A. Xandrea Shane was born Alecia Rochelle Navy in San Jose, California from her parents, Marian Ann Navy and Alexander Navy, Jr. She’d legally changed her name for a better penmanship, but importantly to honor her parents who both have sucum to cancer. Alycia lost her mother in 1999 to brain cancer that was sudden and her father who is and has successfully battled 6 different dignoses of cancer and still lives.

Alycia is an austere screenwriter first by nature, playwright and poet. Adopting a niche writing style she was on a fast pace to writing many film scripts with two recommendation and one option. She’s currently finishing a forthcoming novel, Rushing Roulette Vol. 1., a series title for film, stage and book, which is consider one of her top major projects. As a native of California she grew up in Southern Texas and relocated to Saint Louis, Missouri in 2004 with her daughter and married her husband Kevin Smith. She has over 18 years experience in photography, graphic design, screenwriting and entertainment business development.

Alycia is also the CEO of two companies, Yvan Films, LLC. (Navy spelled backwards and pronounced as Eye-Van) and First Born Media with business partner, Jennifer Salci. The two of them are working to launch two website, and , which will feature entertainment and film industry news. Alycia is also working out development deals and co-writing opportunities with some of the elite of Hollywood.
