About Isen

Isen Robbins, is a entertainment executive and producer , who co-founded Intrinsic Value Films in 1998 and has since produced more than 30 feature films. He has a Master Degree in Cinema Studies and film production. Before becoming a producer he was a production designer and a teacher of film theory.

Isen's films have been distributed world wide and have won many awards and been honored with numerous nominations. Among the accolades, are winning a Sundance Special Grand Jury prize, and being nominated for four Gotham awards and five Independent Spirit awards. Included in this are two Indie Spirit nominations for Isen as a producer, one in 2014. In 2013, Isen was invited to the prestigious Sundance Creative Producing Summit. Most of Isen's films sell world wide and attend major festival including, seven films premiered at the Sundance film festival, four at the Tribeca Film Festival, three at SXSW and one at Toronto, Venice and Berlin.

Robbins develops films and television in both the Hollywood and Independent space. He has also worked in international sales attending all the major markets. He continues to actively produce, finance and sell films. Some past films include, Blue Caprice (Isiaiah Washington, Tim Blake Nelson, Joey Lauren Adams), Alphabet Killer (Eliza Dushku, Cary Elwes, Timothy Huton), The Truth about Lies (Fran Kranz, Odette Annable,Mary Elizabeth Ellis) XX/XY (Mark Ruffalo, Kathleen Robertson), The Hebrew Hammer (Judy Greer, Adam Goldberg, Andy Dick, Mario Van Peebles) and Brother to Brother (Anthony Mackie, Daniel Sunjata, Aunjanue Ellis). He has many films in various phases of development, production and post. Including Michael Almerayda's, Experimenter (Peter Sarsgaard, Winona Ryder, John Leguizamo, Kellan Lutz, Anton Yelchin, Dennis Haysbert, Taryn Manning, Jim Gaffigan, Anthony Edwards and Josh Hamilton) and The Truth about Lies (Fran Kranz, Odette Annable, Colleen Camp, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Chris Diamantopoulos)

He was recently joined the publicly traded, Red Giant Entertainment, a comic book publishing and media company, as a board member and Chief Intellectual Property Officer (CIPO).

He is a native New Yorker who lives in Brooklyn with his girl friend of 20+ years, 3 old cats, 52 fish and entirely to many plants.
