Saverio Rapezzi is an Italian composer and orchestrator, founder of Film Scoring Lab, a music production company based in LA. Saverio has degrees in Composition and Classical Guitar, and he studied with the famous composer Azio Corghi at the Royal Philarmonic Academy of Bologne. He also specialized in film music with renowned film composers such as Ennio Morricone, Luis Bacalov, Robert Drasnin, and received the Film Scoring Certificate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
His repertoire includes a wide range of compositions with unique personality and expressiveness, without limitations of genre and form. He recently completed his third feature film score ("The System is broken", by Ignatius Lin), and he's currently writing his first Opera, premiering in Hungary in 2015.
As a guitarist, he studied Flavio Cucchi, Alberto Ponce, Alirio Diaz and others. Winner of numerous prizes in musical competitions, Saverio has a fervent and multifaceted activity as a concert performer for many prestigious musical institutions all over the world.
