Originally from Manhattan and after a quick stint in Utah hanging with the Mormons (Ok I’m totally kidding but I do always wonder how my parents, a Jew and Italian from Long Island, survived Salt Lake City), I spent the majority of my childhood growing up in sunny South Florida. I can thank my grandma Grace for suggesting that my parents put me in an acting class to help relieve some of my “excess energy” as a kid. Many musicals later, I was cast in my first play in high school and subsequently began competing in local and state Thespian competitions where I received several top honors. By senior year, I knew that acting wasn’t just an after school activity anymore but a future career choice. Upon acceptance and being awarded a talent scholarship, I traveled to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I attended Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. After four years of top notch training, several opportunities in theatre/film and possibly developing self-diagnosed seasonal depression, it only made sense for me to pack my bags and head on over to the warm west coast! Currently residing in Los Angeles, California I’m thrilled to begin this new adventure and can’t wait to see where life takes me!
