Donald Murphy Guillory

I am a filmmaker here in Houston Texas. I write screen plays about current events and right now I have 5 screen plays under production. I do not have a lot of money but I did manage to land a federal grant for $225,000.00 for my education. I am now at the Houston Community College with about 80 college hrs under my belt and am currently enrolled in school. I was a photographer during the Vietnam era and got introduced to the early days of film or video when it was just emerging. I have the ability to to either emulsion or None liner editing. I have a good studio at home and I use Mac pro's now. Apple Macs are the best for my work and I prefer them to any other computer. I use Final cut pro x now and Corel Video Studio ultimate x 7 have trained on final cut pro 7 studio 3. All my software is mine and legal. I have a story that I want to shoot next 2015 about a woman named Congresswoman Barbara Jordan when she was a young woman. My movie will span 3 stages of her life from when she was a little girl to middle age and finally her college years. i do my own research and try to keep away from people who could hurt my projects.
