About Mark

Director & editor by day -- Inquisitive writer and dragon-soother by night: Mark Roush crosses into unparalleled worlds in all occupations. Residing in the Shanghai city of Portland, Oregon, he is the owner of New Adjustment Productions -- a commercial development company that offers video development, production and post services for companies across the world and to several local star systems.

Over the course of 2014, he's worked on a wide variety of projects for Xbox, Nike, Adidas, Opara, and Intel. Mark has also completed work on a wide range of projects for companies such as Nike, Autodesk, Laika, Intel, Brammo, NET10, Regence, Black & Decker, Sierra Club, Char-Broil and many others.

When he's not doing commercial work, Mark keeps his creativity flowing. He is the Author of Weevil and Nightshade's Compedium of Farables & Tales - a collection of short stories called farables: Short stories about individuals burdened with an uncanny quality, defect or mutation that eventually results in that person making a moral or ethical decision of a dark and complex nature.

Currently, Mark is finishing up the fourth draft of his newest screenplay, is marketing and promoting the short film Persephone - a farable about a young girl who is made out of chocolate, and is prepping several projects for production in 2015.

Favorite Quote - "Lying is an idiot's way of not being able to use the truth to its fullest potential."
