I am a creative and an ultimate collaborator at heart. I have grown up with the arts, my mother an artist and teacher along with several other relatives. They would bring me (sometimes kicking and screaming) to independent films or through those arduously confusing interpretive dance retrospectives and I eventually came to recognize and respect their importance; however much the medium may not have agreed with me.
There is a sense of solice and validity in capturing the minutiae of life's moments; however beautiful, terrifying, trivial or grand they may be. To witness and translate those instances is to live the adventure; whether that begins when everything goes wrong or when somehow, in some way, all is smooth and seamless.
