TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All shoots to be booked 48 hrs in advance.
All gear rentals quoted needs to be paid 24 hrs before shooting day in order to secure the production equipment.
The remainder of the monies owed for the services delivered can be paid no longer than 24 hrs after delivery of the final cut.
As the filmmaker, I will follow the client's brief and adhere to the requirements and guidelines.
Artistic style and choice of music will be for the Filmmakers final decision.
Should the client not be happy with the filmmakers final cut then the video will be renegotiated with an additional 50% service charge.
All Visual and Audio productions to be delivered to clients must be equal to local industry standards.
Should there be any discrepancies, technical errors and failure to adhere to industry standards (within reason) then all footage will be handed over to the client and no monies will be charged for services delivered.
All other services require a 50% Deposit and 50% Completion Payment on Delivery.
