About Jerzy
I'm an experienced lighting cameraman with a strong technical knowledge, creative flair and a good eye for detail. I mostly shoot documentaries, promotional films and fashion but have a large variety of work under my belt and can adapt to any shooting style required. I have done work for World Health Organisation, Cisco, LinkedIn, Times Magazine, Disney, Jaeger, LinkedIn, Monster Energy, San Miguel and YBS to mention a few.
I studied filmmaking at the Icelandic Film School where I specialised in cinematography and got training in multi camera productions. Once I worked for a studio, initially as a lighting technician but quickly worked my way up to the Gaffer position so I know a good deal about lighting, from single person interviews to big shoots with 20 extras.
I have a good knowledge of filming, lighting, tracking, handheld, gimbals, digital cinema cameras, compact cameras, drones, rigs, audio recording and much more. I'm efficient, organised, patient, reliable but also equipped with a sense of humour. I'm used to pressure, directing talents and traveling internationally for shoots. I have a full UK driving license, DBS certificate and a public liability insurance.
