About Pavel

I'm an independent investor, filmmaker and cofounder of film festivals and different projects in film making and other industries.
I have a financial education and more than 20 years background.

We've produced several indie films such as Cheers, Maestro! (Cannes' Short Film Corner, Action On Fest Nominee, South Africa Fest Award Winner etc.), From Wales With Love (coproduction), some cartoons and others.

We've created as co-investors several film festivals, a submission platform and the screening platform .
