SYNOPSIS:
Fourth graders, Henry McKee and Joshua Smith, decide to make a surprise after-school visit to Uncle Zeke, who is directly related to one of the youngsters (Henry). After outwitting the school bus driver, they are dropped off at “Uncle Zeke's” front yard, but the old moonshiner is nowhere to be found. Curiosity gets the best of the two boys, who then decide to visit a nearby abandoned mine. After a close encounter with a would-be ghost, the two boys make a beeline back to the rustic house of Uncle Zeke. This time the man is home and he is rather annoyed about their unannounced visit. After a serious talk over some fresh apple cider in Uncle Zeke's kitchen, the boys are presented with an offer that they cannot refuse.
