I'm an academic, specialising in French theatre from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries (esp. Corneille, Racine, Molière). No experience of theatre practice as yet but would be interested to get involved in that side of things in some advisory/historical/writing programme notes/etc capacity! Author of 'Inventing the Spectator: Subjectivity and the Theatrical Experience' (Oxford University Press, 2014 - a study of theories of audience response) and many articles on early-modern French theatre.
