About Robert

I am just a humble screenwriter seeking fame and fortune.
It's been a long hard road since I entered this world.
Graduated from Holy Family Diocesan High School in South Huntington, New York in 1976.
Had to run from the nuns trying to hit me with yardsticks for being too hip and radical.
In 1979 I joined the US Army. Left Grand Central Station on an Amtrak to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri (or misery?)
to be a telecommunications center operator and never looked back since! Got married in Pyongtaek, South Korea in 1979,
was stationed in Fort McClellan, Alabama in 1980 before they had that chemical spill that shocked the nation.
Went back to Korea back in telecommunications. Tomorrow's top secret news would usually hit the newspapers to be used to
wrap fried food outside of korean gi bars. Transferred to Fort Hood Texas to work in the field as I picked up and
married a korean bride and lost my top secret clearance as a result. Then went on to Karlsruhe, West Germany to freeze my
ass off in frozen winters when we had to go to the field to set up tactical telecommunications.
In 1989 finally got the hell out of Germany to work as a security guard for Pinkerton's in Silicon Valley. Worked in
AMD Semiconductors after Richard Farley shot up AMD going after Laura Black in a shooting massacre. Worked at
Fairchild Semiconductors after old man Fairchild killed himself. Had to do foot patrol at a bunch of haunted buildings
during the chemical cleanup with Schlumberger. Worked at Hewlett Packard in Santa Clara and 3Com as a computer
operator after I graduated Computer Learning Center in San Jose in Computer Operations. Moved to Lakewood, Washington
in 1997. In 1999 got a job as a Computer Operator at the Port of Tacoma, got laid off in 2004. Worked a variety of odd
jobs as a security guard and a warehouse worker until 2006 when I got a job in the Garden Center in the Walmart in
Puyallup, Washington. Got divorced from my korean wife and got remarried in 2001. In 2007 transferred to Walmart in
Omak, Washington because our apartment in Tacoma was broken into and we went to move with my wife's sister.
Was represented by Josh Moses of Universal Writer's Management in 2010 and got my first writing assignment with Producer E. Niemi to
write a screenplay called China Starfish which was in development as a feature film by Producer E. Niemi on IMDB.
Got our own house in 2011 and have been living there ever since. Would rather live near Hollywood, Tinseltown is Shangri-La if I only could afford it!
Retired in 2021. But not from screenwriting!

Unique traits: To live and die in L.A! My motto!
