Working as a real estate broker in New York City, he spends most of his day cold-calling prospective clients that don't want to talk to him. He hasn't made a commission in a while, and is on the verge of being fired. Justin's girlfriend, Kay, constantly nags him and only seems to be concerned with making money. She works for Brad, a successful stockbroker, and Justin suspects that she's having an affair with him. Justin loves films, and dreams about being a filmmaker someday. He fantasizes about Amber Donovan, a famous actress who represents everything he has ever wanted in a woman.
