First published poetry at the behest of a prof my sophomore year at VA Tech. She was a Rhodes Scholar who said to me, "You'll publish or I'll flunk you."

Moi, "seriously? This is my easy A and I'm taking 19 credits of biochem, microbiology, physics, differential equations, and working a full-time job! No and no!"

Constance Gefvert, Ph.D., "you'll publish or you'll flunk."

Me, "i'll send it to the most prestigious journal on the east coast and if they publish then hallelujah and if not, you're giving me an 'A' i earned it."

She grinned.

To my huge shock they published it.

Now here I am writing my first book and script. The book should be finished in the next two weeks and is available on kindle, "Skinny Secrets 4U."

The script is one-third completed and I'd love a co-conspirator to write :-)
