SYNOPSIS:

In 2040 a salvage diver finds the statue of Athena from the Parthenon that was sunk in the Aegean. Neith meets with an archaeologist to sell some gold coins and describes the statue, making it her goal to recover it. She tells Agnes she is going to the United States for the inauguration of President Maxine Waters. The real reason is a strategy session among international women's groups and U.S. military to help establish a new nation. In Turkey in 2041, Neith and her gang arrive a night club where Usha is being held against her will. They rescue her but kill two men. On a hilltop the women make tea and get acquainted. At Izmir the Amazons are fighting the Turks and losing. Neith and Usha come across a stressed-out soldier who refuses to abandon her post, until Neith gives her a direct order as a lieutenant of the Amazon army. They go to Ephesus, the capital city of Ionia, the new women's state. General Sekhmet tries to get Neith in line, but she has turned terrorist. Western financier Anath tries to reconcile the two. Neith takes advantage of priestess Ilona when she is in a trance and invokes Kali. The death goddess commands the women to avenge the queens and strike at the heart of men's beliefs. Sekhmet relieves Neith of her command. Defiant, Neith and her gang, La Gorgon, Jinji, and the Selkis kidnap enemy dictator Marduk and force him to release their cohort Brenda and other captured women. Usha sees a different side of Neith when they visit goatherd Horus who is raising Neith's son Tarak. At the big festival, Brenda praises Neith in front of the western women who are welcomed as Aquazons. The moderates try to imprison Neith and her gang but they escape and plan a terrorist attack. Usha is disgusted with the violence and gives up on her. The night before the raid, Ilona appears to Neith in a vision and Neith admits that she is sick of violence. When the multi-pronged attack succeeds in toppling strategic points of the capital, Anath engineers a coup. Neith is captured by Marduk and imprisoned. Word comes that she has been executed. This fires up the women and they take over and declare a country where women rule.
